Our Exchange Policy
We are happy to offer an exchange or a store credit for products returned in their original condition within 7 days of purchase.
Within North America
€10 Return Shipping from the Canada and US. If you are located in Canada or the Contiguous United States, we will send you a shipping label at a cost of €10 that we will deduct from your return. The process is really easy!
Outside of North America

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. Please let us know in advance if you require more than 7 days and we will try to accommodate you.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, tags attached.
Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to the store.
Gift cards are non-refundable.

Opting for vintage saris guarantees the uniqueness of our items and aligns with a sustainable lifestyle. However, it's important to note that this choice may result in occasional imperfections. Rest assured, we've thoroughly inspected each garment, addressing any issues by mending or patching as needed.We are happy to send patches or exchange any piece that you discover has imperfections that you had not anticipated within 7 days of purchase.
We offer local pick up as an option at checkout. You will be prompted to choose between Local Pick Up or Shipping.
Once we have prepared your order, you will receive an email lettng you know that your order is ready for pick up.
Orders are generally ready for pick up within three days.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over €250. Shipping is calculated at checkout, or select local pick up with you wish to pick up in store.
Processing Time
We have a processing time of 1-5 business days, excluding weekends. However, we strive to have your package ready within 3 business days.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Combined Shipping
If you place more than one order before your first order has shipped, our system will automatically combine shipping and refund any shipping paid if your combined orders exceed the free shipping threshold.
Please reach out if there are any specific requests regarding your order, including if your order needs to arrive by a certain date.
Duties and Taxes
US CUSTOMERS: Please note that your government may require you to pay duties and taxes for your shipment. Generally this only happens for orders over €800 CDN, and in those cases where we need to ship in excess of that amount, we will ship in two separate parcels a few days apart to avoid the shipment being flagged.
We are happy to ship internationally. You can select your preferred shipper from those offered at check out. Please message us if you have any specific questions or concerns.
Please note that your government may require you to pay duties and taxes for your shipment. Unfortunately, we have no control over this cost.
